The Illinois Prairie Chapter in Champaign-Urbana, IL, is celebrating its 20th anniversary with a weekend of events Oct. 20-22, including a demonstration by Headmaster Designate Senko Ikenobo at Krannert Center for the Performing Arts at 2 pm Sunday, Oct. 22.

And another great element has just been added to Sunday’s lineup. The Art Theater in Champaign will show the movie “Hana Ikusa” (Flower and Sword) at 10 am Sunday, October 22, in Japanese with English subtitles. The Headmaster Designate Senko Ikenobo will introduce the film which is set in 16th century Kyoto, Japan, and tells the story of the first Senko Ikenobo.
