“The floral live stream by IKENOBOYS” will be held on 21st August, the day of Jizo Festival at Rokkakudo temple.
Mr. Makoto Fujii from IKENOBOYS invest his prayer in lotus and will create a large work together with music to deliver energies by flowers. It will be live streamed via SNS.
The music will be played by Ms. Mika Enjo (flute), Ms. Minako Matsuda (viola) and Ms. Hidemi Hosotsuji (cello) from “Kyoto Trio”.
【What is Jizo Festival】
The Jizo Festival, origin in Kyoto, is an annual event in Western-Japan and to play for the healthy growth of children in a town.
The number of people who live in the town through the ages have decreased since Rokkakudo-temple is in the office area of Kyoto City. However Rokkakudo-temple inherits those traditional events as a spiritual home of the town people.
