“Summer Ikebana Exhibition by Men 2020 in Tokyo” will be held at the first floor of Ikenobo Tokyo headquarters building by 30 Ikenobo members in Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th August 2020.
We have been holing the exhibition in both Kyoto and Tokyo every year, and it will count 6th year this year. This time, the exhibition was planed mainly by the member of those Chapters in the Kanto-area, and members who below 60 years old and hold above #2 Shoden diploma as well as only men member will participate the exhibition which we never before hold on this way.
Due to the spread of COVID-19 infection, many events have canceled or postponed this year. But we must unite now more than ever. With the theme of “Cheer up more via Ikebana”, we will exhibit Ikebana works to deliver people cheer and energy.
This exhibition will be held the way avoiding the “Three Cs” as possible as we can.
For people who cannot come to appreciate the arrangements, we will hold the Live Stream on Ikenobo Official Facebook.
