 “2011 Ikenobo Autmun Tanabata Exhibition”, the biggest annual event of Ikenobo was held at Takashiyama Department Store (Nov.9-14), and at Ikenobo Headquarters (Nov.11-14) in Kyoto. Marking the start of “Ikenobo Ikebana 550th Year Celebration, the exhibition was successful, featuring arrangements created by the Forty-fifth Generation Headmaster Sen’ei Ikenobo and Forty-sixth Generation Headmaster Designate Yuki Ikenobo, and about 1600 exhibits by Ikenobo members from all over the country.
