On December 8 and 9, 2025, the Colorado Ikenobo Chapter invited the public to explore individuality through a celebration of flowers. The Japanese concept of Oubaitori  refers to observing the qualities of plants and flowers with each being unique and respected in their own way without comparison.  Participants focused on the rhythms, colors, and aromas of flowers to learn about their own growth, values, and individuality. Over 60 beautiful Ikenobo ikebana creations highlighted the season in a professional gallery setting with Edo Period scrolls and art works from Japan. The Grand Exhibition had more than 4311 attendees and over 190 people at the multiple demonstrations. The cultural outreach and Ikenobo exposure to the general public was a resounding success and everyone appreciated the beautiful floral displays welcoming the holiday season.

2025年12月8日と9日、コロラド池坊支部は、一般の方を招待し個性を考えさせるため華展を開催いたしました。日本語の「桜梅桃李」という概念は、植物や花の性質を観察し、それぞれがユニークで、比較することなく独自の特徴を尊重することです。 花のリズムや色、香りに注目し、自分自身の成長や価値観、個性について学びました。60点以上の美しい池坊いけばな作品が、日本の江戸時代の巻物や美術品が並ぶギャラリーで季節を際立たせました。グランドエキシビションには4311人以上の来客と各デモンストレーションに190人以上の鑑賞者がいました。文化的なアウトリーチと池坊の一般公開は大成功を収め、ホリデーシーズンを迎える美しい花のディスプレイは誰もが高く評価していただきました。
