✿Please Note

 

➢The maximum number of participants is 10. The minimum number of participants is 2.

 

➢Please meet at the front gate of the Rokkakudo Temple, and please be on time.

 

➢You can pay the lesson fee by the following ways.

① Pay by credit card (Visa, Master) in advance when making the reservation.

② Pay by credit card (Visa, Master, Saison, JCB, America Express, Diners Club, Discover) or WeChat Pay on the participation day.

③ Pay in cash in Japanese yen on the participation day.

 

➢Please make a lesson reservation by email.

 

➢If you wish to cancel, please contact us at least 3 days before your class day. Cancellation without contacting us ahead of time is prohibited. If you wish to cancel the lesson 1 or 2 day before the lesson day or on the lesson day or cancel the lesson without notice, we will charge the cancellation fee 3,000 Yen per person.

 

➢Guides for touring the temple and for the lesson are available either in English or Chinese.

 

➢Lesson vases, pin frog, and scissors are provided, but cannot be removed from the classroom. If you wish, you are welcome to take floral materials with you after the lesson.

 

➢In case of loss or damage to a vase, pin frog, or lesson scissors, you will be asked to pay an additional charge of 3,000 Japanese yen.

 

➢We ask your understanding that Ikenobo is not responsible for problems such as injury or loss of personal items. Please take care in securing your own personal items or valuables.

 

➢Dangerous items such as explosives, firearms, swords, fuel, or poisonous materials, and liquor are prohibited. Please do not bring items such as photo tripods or stepstools that might inconvenience other participants.

 

➢Persons under the influence of alcohol will not be allowed to participate in the lesson.

 

➢You cannot enter the Ikenobo Headquarters Building if you are wearing the following clothes:

① Clothes that are contrary to public morals and order.

② Tops, T-shirts, or blouses that are revealing or low-cut in design; short shorts.

③ Clothes that detract from the character and atmosphere of the classroom, or that have eccentric designs, images, or messages that might make other participants uncomfortable.

 

➢There are no parking places for cars or bicycles. Please use public transport.

 

➢Bringing pets to the Ikenobo Headquarters Building is prohibited.

 

➢Please DO NOT smoke in the Temple grounds or the Ikenobo Headquarters Building.

✿參加體驗注意事項

 

➢毎次體驗參加人數上限10位，最少2位。

 

➢請準時在六角堂正面山門前集合。

 

➢支付體驗費用有以下的方法。

① 預約報名時，事先以信用卡（Visa, Master）支付。

② 體驗當天，以信用卡（Visa, Master, Saison, JCB, America Express, Diners Club, Discover）或微信支付。

③ 體驗當天，以日幣現金支付。

 

➢請以電子郵件預約體驗。

 

➢若要取消請在體驗的3天前以電子郵件告知。請勿在沒有聯絡之下擅自取消預約。若在體驗的前2天、前1天、體驗當天或沒有通知便取消課程，我們將會徵收取消費每人3,000日圓。

 

➢參觀解說與體驗以英語或中文進行。

 

➢使用的花器、劍山和剪刀是借出的，不能帶走。花材可以自由帶走。

 

➢體驗時若損壞或丟失花器、劍山、剪刀等物品，我們會請您賠償3,000日圓。

 

➢體驗時若發生隨身物品被偷走或受傷等情形，請恕池坊一概不負任何責任。

 

➢禁止攜帶危險物品（爆發物、槍砲刀劍類、燃料、毒物）、酒類、腳架等攝影用機材，或其他會影響其他體驗者的物品。

 

➢若有飲酒或疑似飲酒的情形，請恕無法參加體驗。

 

➢穿著下述服裝者，禁止入館。

① 違反公序良俗的服裝。

② 露出度太大的服裝。

③ 嚴重影響品格與氣氛的服裝或太過奇特導致其他體驗者不快的服裝。

 

➢沒有設置停車場與停自行車的場所。請利用公共交通手段來館。

 

➢館內禁止寵物進入。

 

➢六角堂境內與館內禁止吸煙。
