A large ikebana work created by Daiji Miura; an Assistant Professor from Ikenobo Central Institute of Ikebana had displayed in the Kyoto Station from Nov. 26th to Dec. 3rd, 2020.

Beautiful roses from the okuda-baraen in Kyoto city are used in the work, together with Oncidium and Chinese tallow tree.

 

The roses grown in the okuda-baraen is all chemical free, and they cultivate roses naturally. The work makes use of its beautiful curves of stem and emphasize uniqueness of each rose.

 

White color of Chinese tallow tree let us feel winter, and vivid color of Oncidium bring energy and joy to pedestrians.
