The illumination event entitled “Kyoto Nijojo Illuminage” has started from Monday, December 14th. This is the first time to be held in Kyoto.

Hideaki Kosugi and Takeru Baba from IKENOBOYS created ikebana works using string lights.
The theme of the work is “light and wind.”
Bamboo arranged loosely and so make us imagine petal and leaves when the wind blow. The work shows good use of “space.”

Schedule: Monday, December 14, 2020 – Sunday, February 21, 2021

                 17:30pm – 22:00pm (last entry at 21:15pm)

Place: Nijo Castle, Kyoto, Japan

Price for entry: 1,500 JPY for adult / 800 JPY for child
